Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with program managers to align media advertising objectives
- Drafting, amending, and distributing publicizing materials, including newsletters, social media posts, and processes
- Internal record keeping and analysis
- An eye for culture and what makes our programs great to participate
Event Planning

We are looking for indivuals to join our growing Event Coordinating team! As an Event Coordinator, you will be tasked with building brand equity through event experiences, accelerating sales pipeline and promoting Dine with Professions's culture and values.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Assist Event Managers with planning, coordination and management of logistics of various virtual and IRL events
- Provide status updates to the Head of Events
- Manage day to day communication with external potential parnter
- Assist with the reconciliation and “close out” of all events
- Conduct research and find resources to make decisions about event possibilities
Event Host
Keep the Ball Rolling
Your mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy!
Your Responsibilities may include:
- Gathering all essential event and staffing information before event start
- Communicating with event managers and service staff about event timing and any special requests
- Create a personal connection with the event contact while ensuring that all of their guest needs are exceeded
- Ensure the ending of the event is a pleasant experience
